Claude for teams

You're paying for AI and your team isn't getting much out of it.

Seats got handed out, one or two people use them, and nobody wrote down what works. I sit with your team, find the work worth handing over, and build the tooling and written standards that make it stick. Claude is what I build on every day, so that's where I go deepest. I do it in person, here in Chicago, and you keep everything I leave behind.

Where it usually goes wrong

Three ways a team ends up with Claude and no playbook.

You're paying for AI seats nobody uses

Everyone got a login and a two-hour webinar, and now it's a line item you can't cancel and can't justify. The problem is almost never the tool. It's that nobody ever mapped it to the jobs your people actually do all day. I sit with your team, find the four or five tasks worth handing over, and build the shortcuts around them. When I leave, the seats you're already paying for are doing work.

It only works when one person does it

One person on your team is fast with AI and everyone else is guessing. That isn't a talent gap. Everything they figured out lives in their head, and nothing carries it to anybody else. I turn what works into tooling the whole office can run: purpose-built assistants wired to your workflows, and a written standard so the output comes out the same no matter who's driving. It survives that person taking a vacation. It survives them taking another job.

You have no rule for what staff can paste into it

Somebody on your team is going to paste a client file into a chatbot, and right now there is nothing telling them not to. For a firm holding tax records or privileged material, that ends up as a bar complaint, not an IT ticket. I write the rules you can actually hand to staff: what's allowed, what never leaves the building, which tools are safe for which material, and where it matters, a setup where the data never reaches a third party at all. Short enough that people read it.

The free check

Find out which AI tools your staff are already using with client data.

It's free. I spend 30 minutes with you on a call, then send you a one-page written read within 48 hours. I take only a handful of these at a time. I need no access to your systems: nothing installed, no passwords, no logs, and no client data leaves your office. The value is in the questions I ask. I look at every tool, ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and Gemini included. I build with these tools every day. That's exactly how I know where they leak.

  • The real list of AI tools in use, including the AI features already switched on inside tools you pay for, like Microsoft 365, Adobe and Zoom, and any meeting-transcription bots nobody counted.
  • Which kinds of client data go through each one.
  • Whether each tool's current plan trains on or keeps what you put in. The difference between a consumer plan and a business plan is usually the most valuable thing I find.
  • Three findings, ranked, in plain English on one page.

It isn't a compliance certification, legal advice, or a push to stop using AI; if I find a problem, it's client data going through the wrong plan.

Why trust me with this

I build with Claude every day, and you can check the work.

I started by automating work for the team I led, and that pulled me into a multi-year study of agentic engineering and Linux, and 2,000 hours in Claude Code as an early adopter. I don't just build with these tools; I build for them. My opensource-pipeline, a Claude Code skill plus three agents that turn a private repo into a safe public release, is merged into Everything Claude Code, a community open-source project with more than 230,000 stars. I also have pull requests open, not yet merged, in Anthropic's skills repository and the Model Context Protocol inspector. You can check every one of them on my GitHub.
